“Motions” is a 12-track project consisting of dreamy lo-fi beats / chillhop tracks featuring collaborations with Hoffy Beats, Hevi, Colours in Context, Ayzic and Slowheal. Motions draws upon inspiration from all sorts of genres including emo-hip-hop to electronic and ambient. “Motions” continues Project AER’s sonic journey and ambition to make something different from “normal” lo-fi beats.

Inspired by a desire to tell personal stories, “Motions'' is a record centered around reflection, understanding that we are all “going through the motions” in life, and that motion is always forwards. Taking the time to look back on the highs and lows is “Motions”’ main focus, leaning into the melancholy of the past and the sense of time constantly passing, but with an acknowledgment of that and a sense of hope for what tomorrow brings.
